The Websites contain trademarks which belong to Homeowners Of Canada or which have been licensed to Homeowners Of Canada by the trademark owners, for use on the Websites. Your use of these trademarks is prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained from the trademark owner.
2.2 You may access any part of the Websites and download or copy material (by printing off individual pages onto paper) or download material on to disk (but not on to any server or other device connected to a network) for personal non-commercial use only. 3.5 The entry profile is given as a guide as to the likely qualification requirements for entry to a course. There are only limited places on each course and possession by an applicant of the criteria for selection indicated by the appropriate entry profile will not automatically ensure admission to that course. Each institution assesses applicants on an individual basis and then makes its offers accordingly.

7 General
7.1 For site security purposes, Homeowners Of Canada employs software programs to monitor network traffic that identifies unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits beyond those referred to in section 6 above.

7.4 Homeowners Of Canada will always seek criminal prosecution of any individual who or organization which seeks to use Homeowners Of Canada’s name, material, logos or trademarks for unlawful purposes and, where appropriate, will take action within the civil courts of any applicable jurisdiction against any individual or organization discovered to be using Homeowners Of Canada’s name, logos, trademarks or the Websites for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
7.5 These terms & conditions of use shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and specifically Ontario. The Ontario courts shall, subject as set out in clause
7.6, have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or other matters arising there from.

7.9 The Websites are provided primarily to support the work of Homeowners Of Canada, a for-profit corporation, which owns and manages the Websites.
Terms and Conditions for the use of "APPLY" ("THE PRODUCT")
1. By using this Product you acknowledge that you accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement in addition to those contained in the Websites’ standard terms and conditions for their use.
2. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on your own PC.
3. You may copy material (by printing off individual pages on to paper) for your personal non-commercial use only.

Translate, disassemble, decompile, modify or reverse engineer the Product in whole or in part or merge it with other software programs. Adapt modules of the Product for your own purposes. Use the Product for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

6. Homeowners Of Canada shall have the right to terminate your use of the information provided immediately if you fail to comply with either these terms or the terms and conditions for use of the Websites.
